Payment Instructions:

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or regular account payments all through PayPal. We also accept bank deposit.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

PayPal has optimized the checkout experience with an exciting improvement to their payment flow.

For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means ARK Coffee Company customers can complete their payments first, and then decide whether to save their information in a PayPal account for future purchases.

Here’s how this easier checkout works:

Customers enter their name and shipping address.
They’re prompted for their credit card, email address, and phone number.
(Optional) After reviewing their information, they may choose to save their information by creating a PayPal account to make future transactions faster.
Please note that PayPal’s fraud prevention measures remain in effect for buyers who use this checkout even though the customer hasn’t created an account.


Our current roasting/shipping days are on MONDAY and THURSDAY. Therefore which ever day you place you order, your order/s will be shipped the next roasting/shipping day. Orders close at 12 NOON on Monday and Thursday for the deliveries on that day. All orders placed AFTER 12NOON will be freshly roasted and shipped on the next shipping day.

We suggest that you only purchase enough coffee to last you up to 3 weeks from the Roast (ship) Date.

ARK Coffee Company does not guarantee the arrival time of a package. Once we relinquish our coffee to NZ Post, it is beyond our control. We can, however, assist you to track your package and help ensure that you do receive the freshly roasted coffee.

NZ Post claims that Priority Mail packages will arrive 1-3 working days after they are shipped. We do not accept international orders through the website. However we can arrange shipping to the overseas so please contact us via, we will send a quote for shipping to your destination.

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns on any fresh product except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at or 09 489 8488. We will do what we can to ensure that you are satisfied.
